SEO Services for Business Websites

We help businesses improve their visibility in Google and Yandex and reach relevant audiences through organic search. Our work can include technical audits, keyword research, site structure, content and performance analysis. We treat SEO as ongoing work to improve a website, not a collection of one-off fixes.

From diagnosis and strategy to implementation and tracking organic search performance.
Roman Kendysh, Bravix SEO specialist

Before SEO begins

Where does website SEO begin?

SEO starts with understanding the current state of your website and your business goals. Before changing headings or publishing new pages, we need to know how the site is indexed, which queries bring visitors and which sections have room to grow.

At the start, we assess technical limitations, site structure, existing content and available analytics. This helps us set priorities and prepare a realistic optimization plan.

  1. Business goals and priorities

We identify the products or services to promote, the enquiries that matter and the pages that should attract the right audience.

  2. Current website condition

We review indexing, URL structure, technical issues, mobile usability and whether search engines can access important pages.

  3. Search demand and competitors

We study relevant queries, search results and competitor pages to identify topics and landing pages that may need development.

  4. Analytics and priorities

We review available data on impressions, clicks, organic traffic and enquiries, then plan work around business priorities and project resources.

Not getting enough customers from search?

We can start with a review and identify which changes to consider first.

01. SEO services

What do we work on to improve search visibility?

SEO can involve technical improvements, site structure, page content and performance analysis. Priorities depend on the website’s current condition, competition and business goals.

01

Technical SEO

We review indexing, server responses, duplicate pages, canonical tags, sitemaps, mobile usability and other technical factors that can affect how search engines process a website.

02

Keyword research and site structure

We research search queries, group them by intent and identify suitable pages. We help organize site sections and reduce overlap between landing pages.

03

Content optimization

We improve headings, content and page usefulness around what visitors need. This can include clearer answers, a more understandable offer and better alignment with search intent.

04

SEO for online stores

We plan optimization for categories, product pages, filters and informational sections, taking the product range and technical platform into account.

05

Commercial factors

We assess how easily visitors can find information about services, pricing, working terms and ways to get in touch. We recommend changes that make the website clearer and more useful.

06

Analytics and ongoing improvement

We track available search metrics, website changes and the performance of priority pages. We use the findings to adjust priorities and plan further optimization.

02. Our approach

More than rankings. Improving the website itself.

A systematic approach to visibility, structure and usefulness.

SEO is ongoing work to improve a website and match it to search demand. We do more than add keywords: we review the technical setup, structure, content and usability of pages.

Search engines change, so an optimization plan cannot remain fixed. We track performance, review hypotheses and adjust priorities around business goals and the data available.

  1. 01

    A data-informed strategy

We identify priorities, study search demand and use measurable indicators instead of one-size-fits-all promises.

  2. 02

    Useful content

We work to make pages answer visitors’ questions, explain the company’s offer and help people make informed decisions.

  3. 03

    Transparent work

We distinguish completed work from its effect on search metrics and document recommendations, implementation and observed changes.

03. What we do

From SEO audit to organic growth

The scope depends on the website type, its current condition and business goals. One project may need technical fixes first; another may need a better structure, updates to existing pages or useful new content.

  1. 01

    SEO audit

We review the technical setup, indexing, site structure and key limitations that may affect search visibility.

  2. 02

    Keyword research

We identify relevant queries, study search intent, group topics and build a foundation for optimizing landing pages.

  3. 03

    Competitor analysis

We review the structure, content and offers of websites appearing in search results for priority queries.

  4. 04

    Technical optimization

We prepare recommendations and implement agreed fixes related to page access, duplicates, URLs, metadata, structure and other technical factors.

  5. 05

    Page optimization

We improve headings, content, internal links and service information around the target audience and purpose of each page.

  6. 06

    Content development

We plan new resources and landing pages where they are genuinely useful for explaining the business and meeting search demand.

  7. 07

    Analytics and tracking

We monitor available data on impressions, clicks, indexing, search queries and organic traffic. When analytics are configured correctly, we also review target actions.

  8. 08

    Strategy updates

We review completed work and performance trends, adjust priorities and define the next steps for developing the website.

05. How we work

How do we improve search visibility?

SEO connects diagnosis, implementation and performance review. We identify the first priorities after an audit, then refine the plan based on the website’s condition and search data.

01

01

Brief and goals

We learn about your business, main products or services, target audience and search goals.

02

Audit

We review the technical condition, site structure, indexing and available search performance data.

03

Keywords and strategy

We analyze search queries, organize priorities and identify the pages and tasks to focus on.

04

Optimization

We implement the agreed technical, structural and content improvements.

05

Analytics

We track indexing, visibility, organic traffic and available data on target actions.

06

Ongoing development

We review hypotheses, improve pages and define new tasks based on results and search demand.

06. Our experience

Projects we work with

The Bravix portfolio includes real web projects: the Reserv booking service website, ImpulsKraft and Kraski Tut online stores, and the G&A Detailing and Radolux corporate websites. These are related digital projects; we have not found published SEO case studies with verified search performance data.

07. Analytics and results

Measure change, not promises

SEO performance cannot be judged by a single search ranking. It is important to consider visibility for priority pages, search impressions and clicks, organic traffic and what visitors do on the website.

We use available search engine and web analytics data. We compare website changes with performance trends, accounting for seasonality, changes in demand and data limitations.

08. Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

How much does SEO cost?

The cost depends on the website’s size and technical condition, competition, priority areas and scope of work. After an initial review, we define the tasks and can prepare a tailored proposal.

When will SEO results appear?

Timing depends on the website’s condition, competition, search demand, domain history and the changes implemented. Some technical fixes can be made relatively quickly, while effects on organic traffic and rankings usually need to be assessed over a longer period. Exact timelines and growth cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Do you guarantee a top 10 ranking?

No. Search rankings are determined by search engine algorithms and many factors outside an SEO provider’s control. We can be accountable for the agreed work, sound recommendations and transparent reporting, but cannot guarantee a particular position.

What does SEO include?

Depending on the project, SEO may include a technical audit, keyword research, site structure, updates to existing pages, content work, internal linking and analytics. We define the scope and priorities after reviewing the website.

How is SEO different from paid search advertising?

Paid search advertising brings visits through ad campaigns. SEO works to improve a website’s visibility in organic search results. The channels have different economics and timelines, and can complement each other.

Do you work on Google and Yandex SEO?

We account for major search engines, including Google and Yandex. Priorities depend on your audience, target region, available data and business goals.

Can a WordPress website be optimized for search?

Yes. WordPress provides tools to manage pages, metadata, content structure and internal links. SEO performance also depends on the technical implementation, website content and ongoing work, not just the CMS.

Does SEO need ongoing work?

Search demand, competition, website content and search engine requirements change. Many commercial websites benefit from regular work on content, technical health and analytics. The scope depends on your goals.

Can we start with an SEO audit only?

Yes, an audit can be a standalone stage if that scope is agreed. It helps identify technical and content issues, set priorities and prepare recommendations for future improvements.

What do you need to get started?

To get started, we need your website address and a description of your business goals. A more detailed review may require access to Google Search Console, Yandex Webmaster and analytics tools. Administrative or technical access should only be shared when agreed and needed for the work.

How do you measure SEO performance?

We track agreed indicators such as page visibility, search clicks and organic traffic, and, when analytics are configured correctly, enquiries or other target actions. We interpret results in the context of seasonality, website changes and market demand.

Can SEO be combined with advertising?

Yes. SEO and paid advertising can serve different goals: ads can address current demand while SEO develops organic visibility. We plan both channels around your budget and business objectives.
